In its inaugural contribution to Footprints' catalog, Pleasure Mine Recordings presents Rahmatika by Mont, the sifr. Releasing on 10/7/2023.
Upcoming releases include the anticipated Wilderness of Ruin album. PMR picks up where PER Music Library left off, with ambient background music and minimalistic recordings. PMR underwrites Monts’ Rahmatika outfit and aims to create a tranquil and calming atmosphere with simplistic melodies and subtle harmonies. The album was recorded at Acklan studio in Westpark, Roseville California and is meant to evoke a sense of serenity and relaxation. An juxtaposition of the housing boom and the new bustle of a small community in the suburb of Sacramento. The Wilderness in Ruin album is slated for release in late 2023.
HA is also currently working on his Practice series. This project consists of 19 albums based on Nasheed and Arabesque themes. In the meantime, however, he is preparing for his upcoming direction, as seen on Urban Sufi Music: ONE.Â
